WE
HAVE A NEW SPACE!! We have moved and are
in the process of painting walls, installing
lights and partitions, and cleaning. We
are renting the corner building at 15001
Kercheval, Grosse Pointe Park, on a busy
street with four blocks of merchants and
pedestrian traffic. The gallery space
is large and open with a perfect arrangement
for a large gallery shop. Everyone who
has seen the space has been very happy
with it. The board knows you will be too.
For those who can, please contact the
art center office to schedule time to
help us organize the new space. VOLUNTEERS
are most welcome and needed to man the
entrance desk, answer questions, and sell
merchandise in our new gallery shop. The
gallery shop will be on a call-for-entry
basis with work juried to maintain our
high quality.
2008
is our 70th Anniversary 1938 - 2008. Starting
our new exhibition year, we will be hosting
the 70th ANNUAL MEMBERS SHOW opening on
February 15th. Call-for-Entry is attached.
