Come check out the Downtown Welcome Center you’ve been hearing so much about! You’ll get to peruse our new retail, the Local 1253, which showcases Detroit-made goods, taste local Detroit food from Bucharest Grill, Traffic Jam & Snug, Golden Spice Catering as well as local beer from Atwater Block Brewery and wine from the Anchor Bar. We’ll have trivia and prizes, tours of the Loft at Merchants Row and most importantly great conversations with the business owners and community partners that are creating the new Detroit.
