555 Art Show and 7th Annual Film Festival

A show of visual arts from the studio and staff members of 555, with guest artists and pieces from the fall Artist in Residence. The film festival will screen several independent film shorts from local film makers.

7th Annual Film Festival Films:
FIRST DAY and Dealbreaker from Mike Madigan of Five Clover Films with Matthew Peach and Chris Lepley, Shock Value from Suzanne Sears of Inbound Productions, Snippy from Tom Gurisko & John Mollon, movies from Carlo Frierson, Barackumentary, the Detroit City One Minutes video a 555 Artist in Residence project, and other animations and shorts.

This show wraps up the 2009 exhibit season at 555 Gallery and Studios This is the last show at the Michigan Avenue location, 555 is moving again while the gallery and studios wait for the permeant location to complete renovations.
