“No DouBts” will be on display through February 15, 2010 and features the art of Shereena Osai. A woman with many interests, her art explores the meanings and representations of many elements of American culture today. Beauty, movement and humanity greatly influence her modern, contemporary work. Her collection includes paintings, collages and drawings.

Originally from California, Osai studied fashion design and writing at Western Michigan University and graduated with a degree in fashion design from Wayne State University. Her work has been featured at Wayne State University, Western Michigan University, 4731 Gallery in Detroit and the Grosse Pointe Artists Association Holiday Show. She also designed a chair, for the first annual Chairity Ball at Tangent Gallery, which was auctioned to benefit homeless veterans.
