Hone(st)y and Syrup at The Future 2 Casper Gallery

A four day solo show by Michaela Mosher

Michaela Mosher has already curated her first exhibit titled “Women’s Perspective?” Ms. Mosher has become a spokesperson for her artist peers, young passionate and articulate Mosher has her eye on the future, check out the video to hear this new-to-the-scene clear and compelling voice. She was born in Flint, MI and her parents now live in Lapeer, MI. Her first choice for school was the College for Creative Studies in midtown Detroit, where she now lives and studies Fine Art. This is her first solo show.

Michaela will be showing some intaglio and lithography prints along with a large sense of sculpture, as yet unrevealed. She says of her first solo show, “I would like to give people a few things to consider during their journey. I’m not trying to give them answers. because I don’t know what the answers are. ‘IT’ is quite possibly all about the desire to discover. Not the actual discovery, but the desire, the road. My main goal is that after people look at what I have made, they feel

something. This is not much to ask, we are an emotional people. But the simple act of being moved in some way proves that we are human, that we are here living and breathing, and that maybe therein lies the answer.”

There will also be musical entertainment at the venue and snacks available.
