My Times In Black and White

Saturday, March 6, 2010, 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Robin D. Stone, an independent journalist who has edited for the New York Times, Boston Globe, and Essence Magazine, will speak on her late husband’s book, “My Times In Black and White.” The author, Gerald M. Boyd, shattered the color barrier of the white establishment’s most exclusive media giant, the New York Times, and became its first black managing editor. Presented in partnership with the National Association of Black Journalists.

This event is FREE and open to the public.
