Art Therapy in the News

Art Therapy in the news can range from art shows featuring artists with disabilities that use art as therapy either on their own or with an art therapist to an interesting discussion on the career of an art therapist. There are many approaches to art therapy and I am happy to see the topic get more recognition in the mainstream media.

  2. We see that Benefit of art therapy can reduce stress and rise general feelings of activeness. Art therapy helps shy people to get over their shyness and makes their body language more confident and positive, like subtle changes in the style of walking, posture, etc.
