Mission Statement:
The Gallery features art from around the world. Paintings from Russia, sculpture from Spain and Nigeria, glass and metalwork from China, paintings from Mexico and art in every medium from American artists.

In the Gallery you will also find craft items from American artists across the country. Wonderful hand-made wooden boxes crafted in North Carolina; rainbow colored glass collectibles from West Virginia, California and Cleveland; soft sculpture dolls from the U.P; paintings by American Indian artists from Albuquerque, New Mexico; pottery from South Carolina; jewelry by local and national artists are some of the treasures you will find in the gallery.

Also under the patronage of the Gallery, the Puppetart Theater, one of the only eight permanent puppet theaters in America presents delightful fantasies for all ages.

Something Different:
Under the patronage of the Biegas Gallery, you will find “Something Different Boutique” featuring Womens Apparel, Accessories and Home Decor Accessories by local designer and from around the world.

The gallery also offers another treat
“The Purple Door Tea Room”. This tearoom offers a lovely Victorian setting with a great view of the city. The Purple Door serves breakfast and lunch teas. Teas are only done by reservations.
