This offering presents work in installation form in the gallery as well as screenings of single channel work, and performance events. Screenings include work from the Ann Arbor Film Festival on November 5th and, a screening of films from and about Palestine, curated by Toby Millman and Tirtza Even on November 17th. Both screenings are from 7-9.

An exhibition that deals broadly with migration, identity, and conflict. Changes to a neighborhood’s demographics, personal identity, contested borders, or movement in a lifetime or a week. Migration offers multiple interpretations in a variety of mediums.

Migration manifests in many ways: changes to a neighborhood’s demographics, personal identity, contested borders, or movement in a lifetime or a week. These changes bring about conflicts (and resolutions) of space, economies, labor and industry, and race and ethnicity, to name a few. This exhibition brings together a wide range of creative work inspired by these issues.

There will be a migratory performance entitled ‘No Fixed Address’ on 10/02, from 8 – 10pm
